size-fits-all industry spiel. It's also standard in the film industry to suffix the word 'development' with the word 'hell' – and
that's where Mica Films parts company with the mainstream. We don't see script development as a nightmare. We see it as
a magical adventure involving the writer, production staff and actors, whose destination – a well-turned script – can only be
